Who should apply?

We are looking for serious builders, technical founders, and early-stage Web3 teams with a working MVP, prototype, or strong project traction.

Both early and late stage startups are welcome to join, as our mentorship sessions are tailored to your needs for success.

Do I need to have launched on Scroll mainnet?

No, but you must have a working MVP and demonstrated success in other projects you’ve worked on before.

Do I need to have participated in Scroll Open to apply?

No, but priority will be given to projects that have participated in Scroll Open. The grand prize winner of Scroll Open automatically secures their spot.

What is the time commitment?

The program runs for 8 weeks, and participants should expect to be fully committed to attending sessions, mentorships, and collaboration hours. However, most of your time will be spent building your project. Graduation from the program is contingent on demonstrated engagement as well as product polish at the end of the 8 weeks.

Is housing or travel covered?

Participants are eligible for up to $3000 relocation stipend depending on country of origin. However, participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation for the first four weeks and getting their expenses approved by the Scroll team beforehand.

The flight stipend will be covered immediately, and then the remaining costs for accommodation will be reimbursed upon completion of the full program.

Do I have to be on-site for the full 8 weeks?

Participants must be present IRL in Kuala Lumpur for the first 4 weeks, from May 5 - May 30.

For the remaining 4 weeks, participants are optionally remote to give you the flexibility you might need, but we recommend staying the full 8 weeks.

When is the deadline to apply?

Applications close March 24, 2025 at 11:59PM UTC.

What are the dates of the program?

Campus runs from May 5 to June 27, 2025.

What is the expected number of participants?

We are capping the program at 10 teams. So, assuming a team size of 1-4, we can have at most 40 individual participants.
